2008 US 2.4mR Nationals Regatta
2008 US 2.4mR Regatta Champion is Mark LeBLanc. Mark wrestled the tie breaker from John Ruf who also had a total of21 points at the end of the regatta. Mark also received the honor of the National Disabled Champion and Overall Champion of the Regatta, -- Go Mark!!
The of the 10 races in three days most were sailed in less than 6 knots of breeze. Connect the Dots was the game to play and the light shifty winds made the game that much harder. The race committee did a great job and showed tremendous patience in setting good courses which were often less than .5 miles in length.
